Assurez-vous de placer du papier de cuisson en dessous et au-dessus de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e. Recouvrez la derni\u00e8re feuille de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e avec du Gla\u00e7age \u00e0 la vanille PMF chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 105-110\u00b0F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avant que le gla\u00e7age ne commence \u00e0 former une peau fine, tracez des lignes parall\u00e8les avec du Gla\u00e7age au chocolat PMF chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 105-110\u00b0F sur toute la longueur du Napol\u00e9on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passez un couteau tranchant \u00e0 travers le chocolat pour cr\u00e9er un motif.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9galisez les bords irr\u00e9guliers du Napol\u00e9on. Coupez-le en 3 bandes dans le sens de la longueur.
